After your order is placed, we will confirm your payment which usually takes between 15 minutes and 3 hours. If there is an issue, we will reach out and let you know. Once the payment is confirmed, we will automatically deliver the file to the email you provided.

You will receive a pdf with all the Canva template files and links to download any pdf's and png image files. If you have any problems, just reach out and we can make sure to send you the files you need in the format that best suits you.

Unfortunately, due to the fact that these are digital files, we do not offer refunds. I recommend reaching out prior to ordering if you have any concerns, but of course, I am always happy to work with you to see if we can find a suitable resolution.
